 CHRIS MILTIMORE-President
Chris Miltimore  Hired to work in the warehouse in 1986, Chris has held a variety of positions with Interstate. From the warehouse he became a "Hot Shot" driver, making deliveries around the Metro Detroit Areas (Oakland & Macomb Counties). He was then promoted to run a parts route called Ameritron, a subsidiary company. He served as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints from October 1989 through November 1991. Upon his return he was re-hired and promoted to Route Sales Manager. He was again promoted in 1993 to General Manager and  became Vice-President in April 1996. On May 31, 2000, Chris purchased the business. He has a Bachelors degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. His hobbies include: flying (he holds a Private Pilots License), SCUBA diving, piano playing,  and any form of travel. He and his wife Stephanie have a daughter and have been married for 10 years.  He is also a volunteer firefighter with the City of Troy, Michigan.
 STEPHANIE MILTIMORE-Chief Financial Officer & Secretary
Stephanie Miltimore  Stephanie married into the family business and began working in the office May 1993. In May 1995 she became the Office Manager and in 1998 she became the Corporate Controller. Stephanie graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelors Degree in International Relations with an emphasis in International Political Economy.  She became a "stay home" mom with the birth of her daughter but remains active in the financial aspects of the company.  Her hobbies include: traveling, calligraphy, cooking, swimming and golf.
JEPH MILTIMORE-General Manager & Warehouse Manager
Jeph was hired June 1993 as a Warehouse Assistant. He was promoted to the Assistant Route Manager position in June 1994. In June 1995 he was again promoted to Route Sales Manager. Jeph gave up that position in October 1997 prior to his accepting a call to become a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.  He returned in February 2000 and was re-hired to manage the specialty markets that Interstate is involved in, such as Gel, Heavy Commercial, Medical, etc. He was promoted again in October 2002 to General Manager.  Jeph is an avid motorcyclist and enjoys basketball and SCUBA diving in his spare time. He is also a volunteer Firefighter with the City of Troy, Michigan.   Jeph was married to his wife Tori in October of 2000.
SHAWN FLINT-Office Manager
Shawn was hired on May of 2006 to run our office.  She has exceeded our expectations in every way and we are extremely pleased to have her as part of our team!  Shawn oversees the Accounts Receivables and Payables and manages the daily office operations.  Shawn's hobbies include snowmobiling and spending time with her friends.  She married her husband Mark in 2004 and is actively involved

ROUTE MANAGEMENT TEAM

 
DAVE FURMAN-Senior Route Sales Manager (WEST)
Dave was hired in June 1983 and is our most senior team member, having worked for the company for over 19 years. Dave is the Manager for western Oakland County (west of Telegraph Road). Dave is a Certified Route Manager, having attended numerous training seminars. Because of the long relationship that Dave & Interstate has had, he is one of our most valuable team members. Dave's hobbies include: bowling, camping, golf & softball. Dave & his wife Kathie have been married for over 25 years and they have 3 children.
 JEFF SALVADOR-Route Sales Manager (EAST)
Jeff was hired in January 2005 to oversee the many National Accounts that Interstate has as customers.  During his time in that position, Jeff helped secure an On-Time delivery rating of over 95%!  His can-do attitude helped establish Interstate as the market leader in this area.  Jeff was promoted to Route Sales Manager in March of 2007 and will service customer on the Eastern side of Oakland county and all of Macomb county.  Jeff is an avid motorcyclist and loves to work on classic automobiles.
 BRIAN BELL-National Accounts Route Manager
Brian became a member of Team Interstate in August of 2005.  He was hired to co-manager the used battery division; identifying, charging and processing each used battery prior to sale.  He was promoted to National Accounts Route Manager in March of 2007 and given responsibility for the many National Accounts that Interstate has.  Some of these include DaimlerChrysler, Toyota, Mazda, Lexus, Saab and Mercedes to name a few.  He is an avid motorcyclist as well, often found riding his Harley. 
CHRIS MARTIN-Assistant Route Sales Manager
Chris was hired in August of 2001.  He helped out as an overflow driver for a while, then was given responsibility for Macomb county.  He was recently given responsibility for accounts within Oakland and Macomb county, working closely with each Route Manager to service our customers.  He loves to travel and loves his Playstation even more! 
 

WAREHOUSE TEAM
 
JAMES FITZ- Warehouse Manager Co-Manager
James Fitz Hired in September 1990 as a Warehouse Assistant, Jim has steadily risen to the occasion. In June 1993, Jim was promoted to Assistant Route Manager and continued in that job until his promotion to Warehouse Manager in November 1994.   In his free time Jim enjoys volleyball, basketball and is an avid NASCAR fan.  GO J.J.!
DAVID FURMAN- Warehouse Assistant
David is the son of long time team member, Dave Furman and currently a college student.  He helps out most afternoons and on Friday's helping to oversee the inside portion of the National Account labeling program.  He is studying to be an attorney
